Spring Luncheon 2015 Features Fascinating Talk with Music Legend Martin Bookspan

FAN’S 2015 SPRING LUNCHEON, March 10 at the Westin Colonnade, was one of the most inspirational programs FAN ever presented.

The special program, “From Generation to Generation” featured music critic, lecturer, author and commentator Martin Bookspan, and his talented daughter Deborah Margol, Deputy Director of the Miami-Dade Department of Cultural Affairs. They were interviewed by Renee Rotta, a Miamian who is the Tanglewood Marketing Coordinator of The Boston Symphony Orchestra, in a charming three-way conversation that spanned much of Mr. Bookspan’s 90 years of music-loving and music-broadcasting. The famed music expert and his civic-minded daughter recounted numerous personal tales of legendary composers and happy family times, which moved our FAN audience to tears, laughter and a standing ovation.

FAN also awarded pins to members who have been contributing to our organization long-term:
