FAN Funds Interpretation of Summer and Smoke, With Ballet Flamenco La Rosa

Verano y Humo — Summer and Smoke — inspired by Tennessee Williams, found a new, exciting interpretation in flamenco dance on Saturday, June 9, at The Colony Theatre, Lincoln Road, Miami Beach.

Ballet Flamenco La Rosa is a professional Flamenco company, based in Miami, and made up of dancers and musicians from Spain, Latin America and the U.S. The company offers a wide range of pure flamenco programs, as well as cutting-edge fusion works, collaborations, and dramatic flamenco ballets.

Dinner before the show was at Bairies Grill on Lincoln Road.

Hosts of this special dance adaptation, funded by FAN, were Naomi Honig and Dale Moses.
