Funding Arts Network (FAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the visual and performing arts programs offered in Miami-Dade County through member-supported grants to arts providers, capacity-building workshops for grant applicants, and forums for members which foster arts involvement, appreciation, and awareness.
Since its inception in 1996, FAN has awarded $3,480.000 in grants to 95 different art organizations with over 472 arts programs presented to our community.
Membership can take many forms in FAN. We offer Individual, Associate and Fast Track. Corporate Memberships, Partnership and Sponsorship packages are also available.
Our Newsletters keep our membership up-to-date on FAN events and news items, and our quarterly Luncheons bring the membership together to participate in discussions on topics regarding our arts community. Cultural Camaraderie is a FAN program that brings members and friends together to attend, view and support the programs that FAN has funded each year.
Grants are given to programs presented to the public by qualified visual and performing arts organizations in Miami-Dade County. Our funding pool is created by member contributions. 100% of each member’s annual contribution is allocated to funding our grants.
FAN members participate in the grant screening process which begins in January of each year.
